here is a nice recipe for you all to try.
COCKTAIL MEATBALLS IN RED WINE
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. season-all
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. garlic salt
¼ tsp. dry mustard
1 ½ cup dry breadcrumbs
1 cup red wine
Lightly mix ground beef with the egg, minced onion, season-all, pepper, garlic salt and dry mustard. Add ½ cup breadcrumbs. Shape into 1” meatballs. Roll into the remaining breadcrumbs. Place in single layer in a 10 ¾” x 7 ½” x 2 inch baking dish. Pour the red wine around the meatballs. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.
